Gary Greenberg has extensive experience in litigation matters of all kinds. He has taken many cases to trial, in federal and state courts in New York and elsewhere, and has tried numerous arbitrations. Mr. Greenberg has litigated cases covering a wide range of areas including business and commercial disputes, securities fraud, claims of breach of fiduciary duty, partnership dissolutions, employment discrimination and other employment related claims, licensing, intellectual property, trust and estates including will contests and contested accountings, matrimonial matters, insurance disputes, grand jury and SEC investigations, as well as other substantive areas of practice.
