Gary Greenberg has extensive litigation experience including business and commercial disputes (e.g., breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, dissolutions, employment discrimination and severance agreements), matrimonial matters (e.g., divorce, custody, and the negotiation of pre-marital agreements) and trust and estates litigation (e.g., will contests and contested accountings). He has taken many cases to trial, in federal and state courts in New York and elsewhere, and has tried numerous arbitrations.

Mr. Greenberg was, for many years, a member of one of New York’s premiere boutique litigation firms, before becoming of counsel to one of the nation’s largest and most prestigious law firms. He is “av” rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He opened his own practice in July, 2004.
